The care that my mother receives from the Oncology nurses and doctors at Riverview is top notch. They have made a very hard experience more manageable and we trust them explicitly. They are caring, compassionate and know how to treat their patients.
I just got out of Riverview Health after a two week stay. I can't say enough great things about an incredible hospital! I've unfortunately been in the hospital numerous times in the past couple of years. I've always received wonderful care not only by my awesome doctor's, but the entire Riverview Health staff! The multi-step registration process for blood work is a redundant joke, plus waiting 45+ minutes for a simple blood draw is the norm, usually because the lab workers are chit chatting
Dr Winston Nara has been awesome with my husband. We couldn't ask for a better pulmonologist. Along with Dr. Agostino that practices at the hospital. Between all his doctors and the nurses, he got exceptional care.
People are friendly and courteous....but I suspect that they have a ways to go. Had the experience of not calling out test correctly, and them being unable to use logic to correct it. Tech seemed to have no compassion or desire for quality work. Just a get it done attitude. Approached management about the incident waiting for a response. May just be who you get if not driven by training and process.
I had the best experience with my labor and delivery! The nurses I had were the absolute best and I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
Twice in the last month I get calls from Riverveiw asking about bills I received one or two days before, and have already sent in payments. Their billing should be investigated for harassment.
Dr. Geyer ruined my life. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!
We just had our second child at the women's maternity center. We had an excellent experience both times. The maternity nursing staff is phenomenal. We particularly like the quiet environment of the floor. We would highly recommend Riverview's maternity services - especially Dr. Brazus!
