I can only hope I never have to go back there! I would seriously advise you seek medical care somewhere else. They are very quick to throw pills at you to take the pain away instead of investigating the cause.
I cannot get started on how my mother died there from negligence . This was 1985. Still such a waste of life! Still hurts!!
I always go once a month to short stay unit for my monthly allergy shot and the burrs there always nice and sweet. They make me feel at home. I enjoy seeing them every month. Thank u all that work in short stay unit.

Riverview Hospital service in itself is very good, however some of their Doctors not so much, I'd love to name names but...
I had a motorcycle accident and went to the emergency room for treatment, this hospital has a terrible rep, that is well deserved! I had 6 road rash injuries that I laterally had to clean out myself!!!! All the shit nurses would do is just bandage my wounds that had grass and asphalt in them! They refused to stitch or put artificial skin on my wounds!!! My dgtr in law is a nurse and she could not even believe it!!!!
