They need to get people who know how to check you in I waited 45 minutes for some one to come in to patients check in who knew what they were doing.I am thankful it was not a emergency. Then people in lab spent another 25 minutes just talking to co workers instead of tending to people waiting for Blood work.For one simple blood draw was there over hour
Was there yesterday with my 5 year old. With a temp and rash and bug bite. They did nothing but give her Tylenol and Benadryl. I can do that at home. I took her to another hospital and she was having an allergic reaction to a tick bite. Good thing I know when something's wrong with my child and don't trust people who just push them away she could have died thanks for nothing.
I'm still a patient in Riverview and I have had excellent care. Not just now but every time I've been a patient which is numerous times. When I walk through admitting, I know I'm not the only patient in this hospital. For all these complaints I believe they are patients who want all the attention. Sorry, it doesn't work that way. Thank you Riverview for all you do for me!!
You can't film the birth of your child here, so don't get your hopes up of making memories that can't ever be seen again. Go to a different hospital.
I just underwent a total knee replacement by Dr Ginther. He was great but it also takes a complete team to make a great experience. The nurses , the techs, the pharmacy, the PT team. Thanks to everyone over there. Sorry I couldn't name you all
