Before 8/16 , I would have given the ER 5 Stars; however, Saturday night I was ignored & treated as if I were an idiot. None of my concerns were addressed and in turn I ended up losing consciousness when I got home. The PA when I arrived was wonderful despite my cranky careless nurse who blew out my veins despite my warning about needing a smaller iv needle. When the shift change happened everything got worse. You’re better off sitting and waiting in the lobby of Community for five hours and that’s saying something.
Literally the most disorganized and unprofessional group I have ever had to deal with.
In the past I'd give a 5...this past ER visit was me leaving in more pain than I had entered. I'm not having my baby here now...that's how bad my experience was.
I'm Canadian. But if I go to the USA I'll know where to get help.
I started going to Riverview when it was still uptown and my Daughter was delivered by Dr. Ambrose. My 3 sons were delivered at the new Riverview also by Dr. Ambrose. When he retired I started going to Dr. Mable and continued till he retired. Was always very well and had the best of care--loved it!!!
