RecommendedStarted with Dr M Taylor as my new RVH doc. She is fantastic, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. My hubs has appt with her later this month!
Dr. Taylor was very approachable and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. Didn’t seem rushed and made sure all my needs were met!
Daughter was seen in the ER, staff was dismissive of our concerns, rude, & seemed way more concerned with their stories of getting drunk over the weekend than having any patient contact. They were not busy but seemed annoyed that we were interrupting their doing nothing. I was very disappointed & felt very disrespected. We will be seeking care elsewhere from now on. No stars.
Have had a great experience with the maternity center! The doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond expectations, answered any questions and taken every concern seriously. Very empathic and professional, but most importantly very friendly staff!
I recently had a hip replacement. The Surgeon, Surgical Staff, Doctor, Nurses, Techs, Physical Therapist and everyone else involved were great. My stay was for 2 nights, I could not ask for better care. When I needed help they were always there. I could not begin to name everyone as the first day I was a little groggy. Dr Henderson,as a Dr he is good. Put when and if you need to take paperwork in for a job bad.I took paperwork in to have filled out.cause I was on medical leave. After all was filled out.he cost me my job.
My husband was admitted in the ER yesterday due to chest pains and not being able to catch his breath. They ran their tests said nothing was wrong and to follow up with his regular doctor. He was able to get an appointment with his regular doctor this morning and they confirmed it was a heart attack. Luckily my husband is getting the care he needs from other doctors. I had been at Riverview Hospital many times for surgery, chemo and different tests and each and every time I felt like I was the only patient there. I was treated with respect and compassion from everyone and everything explained to me. It is not easy experience going through surgery and chemo and I have to thank Dr. Heiser, my Surgeon and Dr Birhiray, my Oncologist for saving my life.
