feel like fast food versus care provider
You put my family through the worst experience we’ve ever faced. I can barely think straight while bringing it up. 2 Monday’s ago my daughter had a heat related incident at Busch Gardens and unlucky for her she was taken to your hospital or lack there of. So she had heat related issues and it took 3-4 hours for an IV to be hooked up to her arm. Nice response time. Thank you all in the Ortho unit. Thank you for the card. You were all wonderful. I can't thank everyone enough. From housekeeping all the way up to the Nurses and Surgeon. Your kindness, professionalism bedside manners were well appreciated. A week later and I'm healing well. This wouldn't be possible without you all. Again I want to thank EVERYONE.
While the nurses were great and the procedure went well, simple questions for follow up are 24 hours + with no response. Highly disappointed! I understand people are busy, but it sucks having loved ones in pain while the answer I get it “we’ll get back to you” or “what do you want me to do?”
My wife was there many years ago and was discharged and do not hav strength to get out of the wheelchair and had to call a medical taxi to get her home. A few days later she had to be taken to another hospital for twenty days and eventually died. I will never go back to Riverside
