Very disappointed in the services my father is receiving. They sent him home the first time he went there and then when his doctor made him go back they kept him. They ran tests for 3 days with no results. Only actually started doing something when I asked could I discharge him so I can take him up the street because they obviously don’t know what they are doing. This was the worse asthma exacerbation I've had. I was triaged promptly and was taken care of by everyone from registration to respiratory. The ER is hectic and I understand. Thanks so much for looking out for a stubborn health care worker.
Really nice staff and surroundings.. Had 2 surgeries within a a week of each other.. Love this place..

Worst place ever for Er. Raul Rodriguez is the rudest man I've ever come in contact with. I'm just amazed that this type of behavior would even be tolerated. I witnessed him screaming at a young lady with her child in Er like a madman. He was also very cold and dismissive. We will never go back.
