Went to the emergency room after having an allergy attack when I was with my grandparents around march. I’m from New York State but the woman said my insurance should be fine. Didn’t receive a phone call about a bill, didn’t receive a bill in the mail, so I assumed we were good. Went to check my credit and found out the bill was returned to the sender (even though I just got off the phone and verified they had the correct address) so the bill went to collection anyway and has been tanking my score. 5 months pregnant and still sitting in the waiting room for the past 3 hours waiting to be seen. Damn what I gotta be dead or going n labor to see a dr?
Patient Advocate Cheryl Williams doesn't advocate for the patient. Horrible care. Don't go there unless you want to die.
As we are sitting here for 3+ hours one of the associates was playing on her phone
