If I could give zero stars I would!!! Went to the emergency room with my husband and after 4 hours was never seen!! Nurses are robots! A disabled lady fell out the wheelchair in the ER waiting room onto the floor with 1 sheriff and 4 nurses sitting behind the desk and not one person went to assist her!! If I didn't come to her rescue I wonder how long she would have had to sit there??! I guess they were too busy planning dinner!! I'm disgusted!!! Shame on u Riverside!
Procedures went very smoothly and no additional waiting (except what was needed between procedures). Very friendly and professional staff.
we were there all day and the staff took very good care of us, they even brought me a pillow and blanket since had been there so early and for so long, this is one of the reasons we like Riverside and I have all Wills DRs with Riverside
My experience was great. First time being in this facility. EVERYONE that I came into contact with was warm, caring and professional. As I was already nervous about the procedure being done on my heart rude uncaring staff was not something I wanted to deal with. The hospital was very clean, I have severe OCD and I checked everything. I'm very happy with the care I received here.
