My experience was as I expected, very professional with a well executed procedure in the Ultrasound department. The procedure was started on time and I was thoroughly instructed as to how the procedure would proceed and the time involved to perform this procedure. The department was clean as were the technologist and radiologist performing my procedure. There was however a very large, live cockroach sharing the bathroom with me at one point. Even though we got in and it was a lil ba ked up they did a wonderful job with my daughter in a timely fashion .. We didn't feel like we where rushed off into the night ��
Waited SEVEN hours to see a doctor after my water broke. Asked the nurse multiple times to see the doctor, they said she was doing rounds. My mother went into the hallway to see her sitting laughing with the nurses.
Over booked, 2 hour wait!!! And they ask you to be there 20 min early
My daughter in law had a very Pleasant experience,the outcome was not what we expected,but with their awesome work and patience they helped us deliver a very beautiful baby girl!!!! #yealaborand deliver nightcrew
Thank you and kudos to Riverside Regional Medical center Emergency Room (Dr. Duhon) and RNs and staff and 4 West docs (Patel) RNs (Matt, Jennifer on days) Aides, floor staff . PT, Speech and even housekeeping! All gave great caring, were upbeat and professional and communicative to me. This is from a retired Nurse Practitioner and I observe everything!
