It takes way too long for doctors and nurses to come in, been waiting in the room for over thirty minutes! The care is good but the wait is absurd!
Very friendly staff!! Nurses where awesome!! Felt like a family atmosphere!! Top notch customer service!!! My daughter checks out tomorrow just wanted to let you all know on 2nd floor you where all awesome!! Even the snack shop and Tower Cafe workers where amazing!!! Keep up the great work!!

I had surgery yesterday 4-11-17 . I was treated likes queen. Best hospital in the world as in concerned. Got there at 8am. Got hooked up was in surgery at 10 home by 4. Everyone was professional and compassionate. If others have a problem with any service or procedure done here. Remember the problem is probley you. You have to remember these Dr's and nurses see all walks of life come thru those dots and have to deal with each case individually. Show some respect and I bet you will get some
I just hated the fact the estimated ER wait time was 51 minutes. 2.5 hours later, I get a bed in the hallway. Lol. Other than that, I was extremely happy my doctor actually did real testing with my problem unlike the hospitals. The other staff members were awesome as well! It's just sad that I have to drive an hour to get to a hospital that I love so much because the other hospitals suck! But I absolutely cannot stand waiting more than double the wait time
Way better than sentara. At least they offer the spouse or whoever may be in hospital a tray instead of making them go to cafeteria
4 hours in ER to have a severely sick infant seen......unreal
