We want to thank all the staff at Riverside Regional Medical Center for the wonderful care my Mom Barbara Spivey received. Most of all we want to thank the FABULOUS staff in Oncology ICU and 5 West for the loving, empathetic, and dynamic care given to our Mom. The teamwork demonstrated on each shift was amazing! The staff truly demonstrated the Riverside Care Difference and made us know that our Mom would be cared for just like one of their loved ones. This place stinks KEEP AWAY! They are slow, unapologetic, the surgeons are worthless (THEY CANT BE BOTHERED TO RETURN PHONECALLS), and their scheduling is horrible. Spent all day from 8am pass 6pm at the hospital for what was a 1hr procedure. No need for this crap. Their pace program is useless too. They don't listen to the patience, and they don't correct any of the problems that the patients have, just create more. They are useless and should be shut down.

Garbage. Staff and charge nurses and everyone feels its ok. I despise this place.
