RecommendedMy wife has been here for almost 6 days. She came in with a life threatening condition and the staff here did a tremendous job taking care of her! We are leaving here today because of them! Great people. Not a single complaint. Thank you all for your care and professional attitude.
-The bedside manner is horrible. -Keeping patients informed of their care plan is almost non-existent. -the customer service is horrible. -the refuse to accept responsibility and rectify their teams mistakes.

I have to tell you. The Doctors and staff went above and beyond to accommodate my Husband Rodney Brown and myself during his stay during and after surgery. Everyone was very attentive and no one was in a rush to leave the room. They listened, they explained, they understood - this was my first time not being able to stay with my hubby during a hospitalization (due to Covid-19). I realize with these unprecedented and uncertain of times there might be “probable excuses” but no good reasons! I know the daddy, I know her and she is in the customer relations field. As a proud Riverside employee...this is the best hospital I have worked at and provides great fast care! I would take my family here to be seen in a heartbeat!
My mom had to have a procedure yesterday. She didn't have to stay in hospital but we were there for about 6 hours. All the staff, from the nurses to the workers in the hallways, were very friendly and helpful. I was lost and a man said he would help me but that he just started a few days ago and that we could find where I needed to go together. So sweet! My mom's main nurse, Gina, was awesome. I can't say enough about her. Very caring, sweet, and attentive. Great job Riverside!
