Mike I. was wonderful and very patient with what I was asking for. I was able to show him on their website what I had wanted and oh man he truely delivered. And all the staff from the front desk to the finance dept. they were all exceptional as well! I love my K. Sportage 2018!
Kia has the worst customer service I have ever seen of any dealership. Who in this day and age doesn't offer a loaner car and gives excuses saying they can't take care of what another Kia dealership didn't do because it's an independently-owned dealership. A Kia is a Kia.
Ben helped us get into our new Niro this past weekend, he helped us get the price we wanted on the car we wanted, and always listen to our concerns and needs, I've gone back to this dealership 2x to purchase a Kia, highly recommend them, and don't forget to ask for Ben!
If 0 starts was an option I would do that. I was offer a Kia Care Service Plan with the purchase of my vehicle which increased my payment and it's been hell with this KIA 1. To use the "Service Plan" 2. Getting an appointment. 3. Getting a hold with management to solve my problem. 4. I am over my mileage on my car because they are booked for a month. 5. If your looking for a Kia then Riverside Kia is the place to go! I was a first time buyer and went in to look for a car. I met Manny my salesmen. He was incredible. He went above and beyond to show me cars in my budget and make sure I found a car that I would love! � Manny is not only honest but has integrity. I would recommend him to anyone!
