I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox on March 25th 2017 , we had a wonderful experience until today while I was driving home with my one year old daughter in the back seat the car completely stoped in the middle of the road and I was not able to move to the side of the road. I went there yesterday for a maintenance on my Kia Sorrento I was told it would be 1.5 hrs took 2.5. My appt was at 11 am I left @ 1:30. I saw my car was ready there was no one in the service dept that i could ask for my keys. Finally Sal comes in says let me check on your car i'm thinking he is getting paper work. In April I went and purchased a 2017 kia optima from Lauren she was exceptional she help me drive off with the car I wanted she was the best they even tinted my windows for free and my car looks amazing I am very happy with kia of riverside
I went April 16th, 2017 and I fell in love with a 2017 Kia Optima I had a great experience with the salesman William Lopez he was not pushy, he took care of us, he also treated us like family and made the experience very easy and comfortable his team did everything possible to make everything go as smooth as possible and got an affordable monthly with a great Interest rate I will most definitely recommend friends and family. So far the service department has lied because they told me my warranty did not cover the problem and did not give me a lot of information. I then called the warranty and they said it's pending upon documents from Kia dealership. It's been pending for a week. Not good. They are not good at responding and communication.
This place steals your property. They go through your car and see what they like and take it. Not sure if it was Sal or his service people but one of them took belongings from our car. This place has thieves working for them.
We saw Lauren about a 2017 Sorento, she was AMAZING! It was a wonderful car buying experience! No bullshit! I highly recommend them�
