I am in the same situation! Dropped my car off last Friday Dec. 20th and have yet to receive a phone call back. Called on Monday as we were told that they would most likely be unable to find out anything til Monday. Monday evening we called back and the service advisor we dropped our car off with gave our paperwork to an employee that wasn’t even working on Monday. Waited as what could we do. Amazing customer service, Friendly people, Great deals!!! I love Riverside Kia
Their salesmen are liars their general manager covers for them and tells consumers to go pound sand. Their service department is HORRIBLE and has absolutely no customer service and they kept my car for over a month. Never took accountability for dropping the ball and instead kept making excuses. David in service doesn’t call people back, Jason the service manager is a liar, and Nino in sales is a crook.
