Like high pressured sales? Like cliche sleazy car salesman who will straight up lie over and over, used guilt and any other possible way to get you to make a huge life changing decision. Come to Riverside Kia and ask for Ben Hamed. He with the encouragement from his managers will dupe you into a bad deal and literally lie about the car, the deal and the benefits after. If you love to feel like a complete sucker be sure to come here!
I am in the same situation! Dropped my car off last Friday Dec. 20th and have yet to receive a phone call back. Called on Monday as we were told that they would most likely be unable to find out anything til Monday. Monday evening we called back and the service advisor we dropped our car off with gave our paperwork to an employee that wasn’t even working on Monday. Waited as what could we do. Called back the 26th, she didn’t know anything. Said let me find out and I’ll call you back never received a phone call! Called again ... read more
