Bought a 2015 they all lied and said no 2016s for another year.. They came out 3 months later.. Crap paint job.. Car was peeling near bumper.. They said they would fix it.. Looks they put nail polish over it and it started peeling again.. Service department is a joke.. Avoid at all costs
OMG BEST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SOME FRIENDS TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

Riverside Kia FAILED big time to provide me with excellent customer service on my very first visit. I purchased a Kia Optima and brought it in for a fuel tank problem, my service appointment was at 9am the service manager said it would not be until late today when they could do a diagnostic and tell me the problem. They would not provide me with a loaner car until they determine the problem.
