Ben helped us get into our new Niro this past weekend, he helped us get the price we wanted on the car we wanted, and always listen to our concerns and needs, I've gone back to this dealership 2x to purchase a Kia, highly recommend them, and don't forget to ask for Ben!
If 0 starts was an option I would do that. I was offer a Kia Care Service Plan with the purchase of my vehicle which increased my payment and it's been hell with this KIA 1. If your looking for a Kia then Riverside Kia is the place to go! I was a first time buyer and went in to look for a car. I met Manny my salesmen. He was incredible. Was there today and hands down on customer service, best customer service and attention from several of the employees that kept offering us water, coffee and snack. Was only there for about 2-3 hours and everything worked out just fine! Loved it & loved my new Sorento 2019!!

Worst customer service ever! Went in to buy a part for my Kia Sorrento, cashier never acknowledged me even took the time to look at me and said one word to me except sign this. Of course she was too busy talking to a coworker in the other office to care what I needed. This little girl needs a lesson inappropriate behavior. I may have only been buying he $30 part but every dollar spent there goes to pay your salary little girl. Take some lessons on customer service.
