AVOID this dealership! I am not one to write reviews but I feel the need to stop other people from going through what I went through. I have been given the run round for two weeks now about cancelling my extended warranty. I emailed two different representatives and was not taken care of. This Past Thursday I called the extended warranty directly to cancel through them and to my surprise it was inactive. Made a service appointment weeks ahead of time for 9-3-19 @ 11:30am. I was told that it would take 2 hours. After 3 hours of not getting an update i decided to call the dealership and was told that they where barely getting started on my car and it should be ready in 45 mins. My appointment was @ 11:30 am it its now 2:47pm. I then emailed the customer service representative @ 3:18pm to ask for a shuttle to pick me up (i get out of work at 3:30pm). after 25 mins of not getting a response i called the service department 3 time... read more

Great service, friendly staff
My service rep Liz has always been amazing. Our friendship started 3 years ago when I bought a commuter vehicle. I came for in for an oil change every two months. She has always taken care of me and even figured out a default in the vehicles electrical system. Fast forward to last year when I purchased a new vehicle and she's still my go to rep.
