Service department sucks. 8:00 appoint they don’t open gate till 8:10 then an hour appointments turns into be leaving me Kia at 10:30

The service manager was rude on the phone didn’t call me to let me know it was going to take longer they didn’t pick me up like they were suppose to really bad service except for the service secretary
Horrible customer service. Tried for the third and final time to give them a chance. Girl on the phone transferred me To service. They didn’t answer and it bounced back to her. I was just told “guess they are busy.” This just seems to be the norm. The time before I tried walking In and when I walked in the office I wasn’t acknowledged. I looked at the guy who was at the end of the room and asked if he could get me in for an oil change and he didn’t even look up and told me no. Never dealt with service advisors like that. The rudest people in any dealership I have ever dealt with. Twice now same experience with the horrible attitudes and customer service. Will never walk into this dealership for a new purchase, parts or service ever again.
