Hi Kia from Riverside! !! I very happy with the service that I had yesterday, I didn't have appointment, Service advisor was Super, the wait was very fair considering that I just walk in, je je je je Awasome! !!!!!!!

I went there for an oil change and a recall. They lied to me that they started fixing the recall, it but couldn't finish it till the next day. They didn't expect me to show up. They hadn't even started on doing the recall.
Service was quick. They did everything possible to make the wait pleasant and comfortable. Communication was open and constant so that you did not wonder how much longer. They washed my car which is always nice.

Everytime I come there for service they always ask if I have an appointment for an oil change I say "no" then they give me excuses like oh I'm short staffed and oh I can't do it, look I understand I don't have an appointment so I'm willing too wait till 5pm when your done, also I can't make an appointment because I work 6 days and when I get that off day i take it for service...as much money as you charge you should hire more people and you know there is not allot of Kia dealerships around!
