Was there today and hands down on customer service, best customer service and attention from several of the employees that kept offering us water, coffee and snack. Was only there for about 2-3 hours and everything worked out just fine! Loved it & loved my new Sorento 2019!!

Worst customer service ever! Went in to buy a part for my Kia Sorrento, cashier never acknowledged me even took the time to look at me and said one word to me except sign this. Of course she was too busy talking to a coworker in the other office to care what I needed. This little girl needs a lesson inappropriate behavior. I may have only been buying he $30 part but every dollar spent there goes to pay your salary little girl. Take some lessons on customer service.

I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox on March 25th 2017 , we had a wonderful experience until today while I was driving home with my one year old daughter in the back seat the car completely stoped in the middle of the road and I was not able to move to the side of the road. I then call Riverside Kia a few minutes after the incident letting them know that a car they sold is just a few months ago is broke down. I went there yesterday for a maintenance on my Kia Sorrento I was told it would be 1.5 hrs took 2.5. My appt was at 11 am I left @ 1:30. I saw my car was ready there was no one in the service dept that i could ask for my keys. Finally Sal comes in says let me check on your car i'm thinking he is getting paper work. I finally go outside he is helping a lady set up the Bluetooth on her car. I told a other guy he waa let me get Sal I said dont bother he ia right there give me my keys I dont have his time.
