I went April 16th, 2017 and I fell in love with a 2017 Kia Optima I had a great experience with the salesman William Lopez he was not pushy, he took care of us, he also treated us like family and made the experience very easy and comfortable his team did everything possible to make everything go as smooth as possible and got an affordable monthly with a great Interest rate I will most definitely recommend friends and family. Thanks Riverside Kia.
So far the service department has lied because they told me my warranty did not cover the problem and did not give me a lot of information. I then called the warranty and they said it's pending upon documents from Kia dealership. It's been pending for a week. Not good. They are not good at responding and communication.
This place steals your property. They go through your car and see what they like and take it. Not sure if it was Sal or his service people but one of them took belongings from our car. This place has thieves working for them.
We saw Lauren about a 2017 Sorento, she was AMAZING! It was a wonderful car buying experience! No bullshit! I highly recommend them�
Hi Kia from Riverside! !! I very happy with the service that I had yesterday, I didn't have appointment, Service advisor was Super, the wait was very fair considering that I just walk in, je je je je Awasome! !!!!!!!

Went in for an oil change with an appointment and waited about 3 1/2 hours
