BEWARE!!! of salesperson James Hernandez. My daughter and I came in February 2020 (2 weeks before end of lease)to get a idea on what some of the excess mileage and minor damage would cost upon return of our leased vehicle. We were presented an offer if we get into a new lease today that no money would be due for excess mileage or damage on the returned car. Fast forward to earlier this month. we have purchased 3 cars from them. last one we purchased had one set of keys and we were told that they will order and give us 2 set. now they said they never said they would. unfortunately for us we also purchased a service contract that was for oil changes with synthetic oil. they changed the oil and filter but not synthetic just standard oil. and yes we paid the extra for said oil. and the sales manager called me a liar. not exactly in those words, but still did. we will never purchase another car from them again. shame ... read more

I am in the same situation! Dropped my car off last Friday Dec. 20th and have yet to receive a phone call back. Called on Monday as we were told that they would most likely be unable to find out anything til Monday. Monday evening we called back and the service advisor we dropped our car off with gave our paperwork to an employee that wasn’t even working on Monday. Waited as what could we do. Horrible customer service. Tried for the third and final time to give them a chance. Girl on the phone transferred me To service. They didn’t answer and it bounced back to her. I was just told “guess they are busy.” This just seems to be the norm. The time before I tried walking In and when I walked in the office I wasn’t acknowledged. I looked at the guy who was at the end of the room and asked if he could get me in for an oil change and he didn’t even look up and told me no. Never dealt with service advisors like that.
