I'm excited moving in November. I'll have a tree line view. Top floor. First to move in after renovation.
Place is a joke. Steep rent with poor amenities. Basketball court has been non operational for 2 years! Pool is closed more than its open. Car wash area is broken constantly. Damn sink hole in the parking lot, did they notify anyone? Nope. Very poor communication & rude when there is. 20 year old appliances in most apartments. Poor maintenance. Def do not recommend this place to anyone!!
Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever lived ...management and book keeping are horrible ...and also there has been several break ins to the residents cars..... mine has been broken into twice in the last 5 months ....I have personally contacted management but have seen no progress in trying to make this residential place safer !!!!
Lived there. Loved it. Wish I could live there again.
