Love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly & loving and always right on top of things! I love the marble countertops and the walk in closet space is fantastic! I love walking out onto the balcony to see just a nice lovely wooded area! Hands down best apartment complex in Chatt!
I enjoy living at Rise because of the professional staff, the consistent maintenance and pest control efforts, and the modern amenities. I am looking forward to the changes to the pool and landscaping that are planned for the upcoming year.
I have lived at Rise at Signal Mountain for 1 year now and the staff has always been very responsive and helpful and the facility is always well maintained. The only issue that I have ran into is occasionally parking can be a little frustrating at the top of the hill. All and all I would recommend living at Rise at Signal Mountain.
Cassie and Ashley in the office are awesome. They are always understanding and helpful! The view from my apartment of Signal Mountain is particularly nice, although not many of the units have that. Rise is a nice place to live!
Horrible management. My girlfriend's car was towed, despite being a resident, without any warning or notice. She was out $185 and when she asked the property manager why she was never notified her response was "most residents find out when they call the police to report their cars as stolen." Unacceptable. They never apologize for anything and are rude and dismissive. Parking is a nightmare and I would recommend looking for somewhere else to live.
Nice ammenities, great dog community if you have pets. Very peaceful for the most part.
Staff is always very helpful!!
