RecommendedThis is my first apartment, and it’s a great place to live! Ashley is very nice and maintenance has taken care of any problems we have had. I feel very safe in the area, so I don’t feel worried walking to or from my car at night. Overall it’s been great!
I really love the location of Rise, it’s peaceful and quiet over here. I work in East brainerd but don’t mind the drive because it’s worth the peace and quiet I come home to. The convenience of Aldi and Walmart being literally 3-5 minutes away is awesome. And the staff have always been helpful and kind. My apartment is cozy and the included washer and dryer is such an awesome plus. The balcony is great because I have so much room for plants! The office staff, led by Ashley, is always very kind and quick to get back to you. The location is great and our neighbors have been perfect.
This is the WORST apartment I’ve ever lived in, the workers can be nice but honestly they do the bare minimum to help you especially in times like this! I had completely forgot to pay my bill and they did not even send a reminder that they were about to send it to collections.Not to mention if you want privacy I would NOT live there, they basically went into my apartment whenever they wanted(they only gave notice sometimes) and when we asked the manager to leave my apartment she didn’t and then my dog bit her which she even ... read more
Ashley, the manager is always available to help. We have had good experiences here and have recommended it to several friends and will continue to do so.
I have been living at the rise apartments for the past 4 years and I have had excellent experiences with the ladies in the office. I love the safety of the complex and that it is very close to my work and several stores. I enjoy living here and plan on staying for a longer time.
I have lived at this complex in two separate units for about 8 years, so clearly I enjoy it. The current leasing team is a highlight, they are the best management that I have personally experienced. The floor plans that I have lived in have been comfortable. For me the largest benefit is the location, I can make it to work on McCallie Ave. In about 20 minutes in traffic.
