RecommendedIt is very peaceful and everyone is friendly. The office is very professional at handling situations.
I would recommend the Rise at Signal for living, because the staff is always able to answer your questions or find out the answer, and they also communicate with the residents about changes or concerns. The apartments are nice for the pricing and they have good views as well. There is a dog park, fire pit and grills to use, the pool is also cool too. Woth everything going on with cocos -19 they have been amazing at communicating with residents about plans.
Rise was our first home when we moved here from Florida. The staff set up everything for us to be ready for move in all over the phone, they were so helpful and responsive. Now a year later we are still here and not a thing has change. From Maintenance to management they are on top of everything, friendly and helpful. If we have ever had any issues it is handled within days time. Even when I’ve called at 9pm they answer. Not to mention the apartments are adorable and the views incredible!!!
Being new to the area, Rise has made me feel right at home. Their amenities are top notch (thank goodness for the dog park). Would recommend.

I’ve been living in these apartments for over twenty years. It is very convenient for my needs. Maintenance has been super great and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m handicapped and they have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs and that is very much appreciated.
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I enjoy it. The apartments are nice and I have not had any pest issues which has been great coming from Florida where cockroaches are everywhere! The laundry in my unit has been a life changer and the large closets including the storage on the balcony is a bonus. I have so many things that I love about this place! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and always address needs and concerns with care. Maintenance is timely and they are attentive to details, consistently. It feels like we live in the mountains, and is a peaceful and refreshing place to call home. There's a super nice wilderness area behind the complex with babbling brooks and streams (which makes a great area for meditation). It's also really nice that we can get EPB internet here.
