I would highly reccomend these apartments to everybody. The staff are so friendly, maintenance men always come in the same day to fix an issue and it isn't far from a beautiful view (signal point).
It is an awesome place to live. When something needs to be fixed, all you got to do is tell them and they are right on it.
I can't tell you the crap we've been through with the Rise. The water bills are calculated through the whole building, not just each apartment, so even if you used literally NO water, you'd still be getting charged a ridiculous amount (about $65-90 a month for a 2 bedroom even though they quoted me $25-30/month). Also, they didn't let us know or give us any courtesy calls about moving out. We only signed a ONE year lease, but since we didn't explicitly say we'd move out when our lease is up, we're now having to pay an extra ... read more
I have been living here since July, and I love it! The office staff is very helpful, and the maintenance men are very efficient. The apartment is clean and kept up really well. I would highly recommend living here!!
Rise at Signal Mountain apartments are amazing. Staff is always helpful and nice. The apartment itself is updated and very clean. Would recommend this apartment complex to everyone. So happy to live here!!!
Needed apartment for my nephew to be close to UTC and the downtown area but also a quiet and beautiful area to study . Theses apartments meet both of my requirements . Affordable too. Thanks to the staff for helping me
Just toured the property and am very impressed. The aesthetics are amazing and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to find a new place to call home.
I would recommend living in your car over this place. There are always bugs, the amenities are horrible, staff is not very friendly, and we have had both our home and cars broken into on multiple occasions. No staff offered help or sent out anything letting people know this was happening. I told the old maintenance guy about it and he said we were not the only apartment having to deal with these break ins yet they were not alerting the community.
