We loved being at Rise! The communication is great and they have so many amenities. Our favorite thing is how dog friendly they are. Couldn’t imagine a better apartment complex.
This is such a good place to live! The office staff are the nicest and most helpful people that I have met while living in apartments. All my neighbors are super nice. Theres hardly ever any noise problems or anything to complain about. The maintenance staff are also so amazing and helpful. Whenever you send in a request they fix it asap. Definitely recommend these apartments!

The staff here are extremely accommodating and sweet! The area has always felt safe and is very quiet, plus it's only a 10-minute drive to downtown Chattanooga.
The staff is so personable and caring. The office management team knows me by name and I am so thankful for that. The maintenance crew always responds to requests within a day!
Rise at Signal Mountain Apartments are amazing!! The property is amazing well-kept beautiful with so many amenities. The apartments are immaculate and in perfect condition. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful And anything that needs any kind of maintenance required they take care of immediately. We couldn’t be happier!
The Maintenance Staff leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t ever have an emergency over the weekend. Nothing is resolved. The after hours phone staff is incompetent.
