Excellent I moved in recently, and everything has been great so far. Leasing Office personnel is responsive and always friendly, ready to help. Some maintenance had to be done on my townhome that was missed while getting the apartment ready for me, but the guys fixed the things that needed attention within a couple days of putting in my work order with the office. I am very happy with the service and amenities here so far!

2 Bedroom Apartment I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment a little over a month ago and I like living here. The staff have been friendly and are on top of things when you need help with something. The neighbors are friendly and the maintenance are on top of things when getting work orders done.

Recently moved in … I love my new apartment! Karen at the front office was so helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend this apartment. It’s a nice neighborhood I don’t have any complaints!

I love it here I must say since I moved in, the staff has been wonderful and on top of things. I enjoy living here and everyone is great, especially the neighbors. They always try to help. Everything went smoothly for me and their correspondence is spot on! you will enjoy living here, I guarantee it :)
My honest review I moved here in may 2021 and I have nothing negative to say about the property and my stay here so far. Management and maintenance is awesome and the neighborhood is even better as everyone looks out for one another and is like family. HIghly recommend, rent is expensive however its a good rate for everything they include in your monthly rent.
I hated living here Terrible customer service from the staff at the office i they are shady and will try and screw you over any chance they get
I Love Ridgedale Manor I moved recently, I love this property, I love Erika, she is very professional, compassionate and understanding. I have received support from day one, any question I may have, the office staff responds quickly. The experience from the very beginning has been very positive. I applied at first because its about 5 minutes from Job, but as I continue to find my way around, I have so much to look forward to, I am literally surrounded by stores, restaurants and places to go.
