Great Apartment! I have been living in these apartments for about 7 weeks now and it has been great! Some things needed fixing in the apartment when I moved in. I called and spoke to Karen, she has been so very helpful since I started looking at apartments, everything went very smooth. It was quick and easy to schedule a time to get things fixed. Very accommodating!
Area is Amazing, Safe, & Clean and the Management is Amazing! The process to rent with Ridgedale Manor is extremely smooth! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ridgedale Manor is very strategically located as well. Everything you need is walking distance. The apartments are very clean, modern and neat as well! Area is very safe, quiet and peaceful as well! Would recommend 10/10!
Loved my time here Lived here for 3 years and had an excellent experience. The office staff were friendly and responsive. In the event that I needed maintenance, they always followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy. If I didn’t have to relocate for work, I’d still be living here.
Great place to live I’m so happy I got an apartment here! It’s very clean and updated with a lot of amenities included. I have to give a big thank you to Krystin and Karen because they made the entire move in process so easy and they were kind and helpful through every step
Move In The move in process starting from the application was so easy going. The staff in the front office are friendly and very helpful. The apartment was well cleaned and maintained

HOME SWEET HOME My fiancé, my dog and I moved into Ridgedale manor this past September and we LOVE it here!!! It’s so peaceful. The apartments are beautiful, and the staff in the leasing office are so KIND and HELPFUL! This is the most we’ve ever felt at home and we see ourselves here for a very long time!!!

A place I can truly call home! I have been a tenant at Ridgedale Manor Apartments for 5 years, and I just re-newed my lease for another year. I'm very happy living here. The tenants in my building are respectful of one another. Even though I know some tenants better than others , all of us look out for one another and we care about each other.
