Fantastic Apartment moved back into ridgedale a couple weeks ago after not having lived here for almost 4 years and the place is still very nice to live in. the new renovated 1 bedroom apartment is beautiful, the area is nice, and it is quiet here. very satisfied with the living space and glad to be back in here
Nice place to live moved back here about a month ago after having lived here a few years ago. apartments are still high quality and nice to live in, the area is good and the renovated apartments are very nice. everything except electric included is nice, no central ac but the wall unit works well. otherwise no complaints
Smooth and easy process from application to move in Thanks Kristin and Karen for walking me through the process and staying on top of things from start to finish. It is quiet and peaceful here and close to most everything you might want or need

Great Apartment! I have been living in these apartments for about 7 weeks now and it has been great! Some things needed fixing in the apartment when I moved in. I called and spoke to Karen, she has been so very helpful since I started looking at apartments, everything went very smooth. It was quick and easy to schedule a time to get things fixed. Very accommodating!
Area is Amazing, Safe, & Clean and the Management is Amazing! The process to rent with Ridgedale Manor is extremely smooth! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ridgedale Manor is very strategically located as well. Everything you need is walking distance. The apartments are very clean, modern and neat as well! Area is very safe, quiet and peaceful as well! Would recommend 10/10!
Loved my time here Lived here for 3 years and had an excellent experience. The office staff were friendly and responsive. In the event that I needed maintenance, they always followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy. If I didn’t have to relocate for work, I’d still be living here.
Great place to live I’m so happy I got an apartment here! It’s very clean and updated with a lot of amenities included. I have to give a big thank you to Krystin and Karen because they made the entire move in process so easy and they were kind and helpful through every step
Move In The move in process starting from the application was so easy going. The staff in the front office are friendly and very helpful. The apartment was well cleaned and maintained
