Amazing cozy apartment Just moved In recently! I had such an easy stress free leasing process! Girls are AMAZING even during a pandemic! The apartment is so warm and cozy! Neighbor are so kind and friendly we really just keep to ourselves. property is well kept and safe!! Totally recommend Ridgedale Manor!!

Ridgedale Manor is top notch The staff is very friendly and helpful. There haven't been any big issues with anything since I moved here in October 2019, but any time I have needed to contact the office for maintenance, things have been swiftly taken care of. I love the area because it's right across from Wegmans, down the street from Wal-Mart, and about 5 minutes from the high way! Amazing Experience! Karen has made looking for my first home an incredible experience! I cannot rave about her and the complex enough. I am so excited to move in (stress free) in April!
Great place to live! For being the first apartment Ridgedale has been amazing! Any maintenance issues I have had, they were fixed immediately! They always have the sidewalks and driveways cleared from snow and ice. The front office ladies are so kind and are very helpful with any questions. So far it’s been great and I can’t wait to continue living here!

2bd w a den townhome My family and I moved in about a month ago, and it has been great! The move in process was easy, literally took 3 days to get approved. The ladies in the rental office are very courteous and kind. The grounds are kept very clean. It’s pretty quiet. There’s a 24/7 gym; which is awesome. The hot water is really HOT lol. Cable and internet included. There’s also a pool and playground. The complex is literally near everything. Absolutely love this place so far.

Movin' on up! This was originally much longer, but my laptop died and I lost it all... but here goes everything you need to know. We had a 1BR, wanted a gaming room so we moved into a 2BR both within Ridgedale Manor. The office staff is wonderful, Maintenance is great! ANY issue, and it takes ONE CALL!!! All areas are kept clean. Internet/WIFI is good enough for 2 avid gamers/streamers in one house. Laundry, halls, rec areas, streets, garbage areas. You name it, they clean it. Snow removal is great. Couldn't stay away I lived in a townhouse for 4 years and thought about moving out of state. Decided not to renew my lease after 4 years. However, I then decided to not move out of state. I immediately contacted the office staff at Ridgedale Manor to see if I could stay at my current townhome. It had already been rented out to a new tenant when I move out.
