Great place to call Home Ridgedale Manor is a great place to live. The location is great, everything you need is close by. Plus you can’t beat the price, they include water, heat, cable and internet, and waste management. It’s a very quiet community with amenities like a fitness center, playground, and a pool. Karen and Krystin in the office are great, they made moving in a breeze and return my calls quickly. Love Ridgedale Manor I'm a single father raising two sons I move from a two bedroom apartment 3 years ago into Ridgedale Manor. I was searching for place that was more spacious for me and my two sons I located Ridgedale Manor and found for $100 more I can get a spacious three-bedroom townhouse access to a swimming pool ,a 24-hour exercise room ,playground and a community center. A peaceful refuge My 4th year here. Quiet, well-maintained property. Prompt, attentive staff. Conveniently located near shopping/grocery/pharmacy/etc. Laundry on-site a plus, as are the freebies included in rent (cable, WiFi, pool, exercise facilities).
Worst experience of my life Worst apartment that I have ever lived in. I have a service animal that they said would be free of charge since I have PTSD and at the end of the year, they pretended they never said I didn’t have to pay for a service animal (even though it is in the contract) and charged me thousands of dollars to “fix the apartment” even when there was nothing wrong with the apartment. Worst staff in the world. I don’t know how they still have jobs and this place hasn’t been sued.

A Very Homey Place To Live I have lived at Ridgedale Manor and Farash Management for 22 yrs.. I am very happy here. Karen & Krystin have always worked with me and worked with my needs. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests and do great snow removal.Management is fair when a issue arises.The staff is very professional. I consider this my Home. The grounds are beautiful and park like. We have many amenities here included in our rent. I would recommend Ridgedale Manor to any one looking for a great place to call Home... read more
Great place to live! I have been living here for over a year now and have been very pleased with the service I have received. The rental office staff is kind, courteous, and very accommodating. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue it is immediately fixed. My apartment is spacious and beautiful and I love that I live close by everything. Even though it's located off West Ridge Rd it is very quiet here and spacious with beautifully kept grounds, a pool, and a playground. Great apartments Moved here about 2 months ago. These apartments are excellent. Close to everything and everything is very well kept and everything is included but electric I will renew most likely if my rent is not raised much higher Greece is a great location and the pool in the summer is great just needs to be open a bit longer
Great place to live I've been here for over a year now and coming here was like a breath of fresh air LITERALLY. The ladies in the office are so great they are willing to work with you and help with everything you may call for. I've come from living in an apartment that was not very well kept by the landlord or building maintenance but when coming here you do not have to worry about anything.
