Ridgedale Manor This is a great place to live.The outside areas are neat. The office ladies are very friendly and also responisve to any issues.
Great place to live and great office staff! I have lived here for the past 11 years! I love that we are close to everything! The area has beautiful scenery, and that most parts are secluded from Ridge Rd! Krystin, the manager is awesome! She is always helpful and understanding! office staff All of the reviews about the office staff are spot on. I have lived here for 4 years and dealt with the previous and current owners. Kristin is the sorriest excuse for a manager. She is beyond rude and looks down upon everybody. Car break ins nightly, apartment buildings smelling like weed constantly, screaming and music blaring all through the night but don't worry all the office staff worries about is finding out which tenant is leaving their laundry in the washing machines for too long. Not so fond of the office management either! I just wanted to share that I been here for a while now, and ever since then, I would have to totally agree with the previous reviewer on here, cause the so called property manager is very challenging and outrageous to deal with most times, especially when u only have some general simple questions about your lease or security deposit and making sure they return it all back once I leave!! Awful management I lived there for 2 years. Just moved out recently. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. My biggest complaint is the office staff. The manager is an absolute NIGHTMARE. She is so unbelievably horrible, rude, and unprofessional that I am genuinely confused as to why she still has a job. The whole office staff is horrible. I'm not making this up. I do not recomended this property I don't like this place,old buildings. I personally don't like Kitchen to be in front part of the apartment. The kitchen is not in a corner but in the middle of the apartment which makes us little difficult while cooking, need to have the exhaust fan all the time. No AC's in bedrooms, need a extra fans in summer. However, they have too much rules!
My love nest in the middle of my home town My just under 700 square foot apt in the middle of Greece in Rochester Ny where I teach (for pennies) is my sanctuary. With 3 windows a decent sized bedroom and a nice well lit living room that faces the woods. It's my love nest for me and my hound/pit mix Moro. I would just like a hole in my kitchen wall for natural light though. But the appliances are wonderful and the staff is even better. Ridgedale manor ?? my abode.
Great apartments I've been living in Ridgedale Manor for over 3 years and I love it here. Overall it's a quiet area with everything close. I don't have to worry about travelling far to get groceries or go shopping because everything is between 5 and 10 minutes away including the expressway. I've never had any problems living here and if I ever need something fixed or get locked out, the maintenance crew is always on top of things and they are really nice. Good Deal, Huge Toss Up on Tenants This apartment complex is HUGE. It has a nice park like setting, but would really be nice to have a sidewalk for the AMPLE amount of young children and school aged children ESPECIALLY during the school year. The office returns calls quickly and politely, although if you have any problem besides a maintenance one, it will be ignored.
