My. New Townhome My name is Doretha Reaves and I moved into the Ridgedale Townhome Community in 2008 and lived there until 2018 and loved the Community. Ridgedale Manor Community is a neighborhood because you get to know your neighbors and the kids. Kristian, Karen and The Staff makes sure things are taken care of in a timely manner. Fantastic all around! I recently moved into Ridgedale Manor, and have been blown away with their excellent service and professionalism. The staff follow up on all inquiries/ questions and are very accommodating. The grounds are well-maintained, everything is clean, and feels very safe. Inside, the apartment has plenty of light and space. It is clear that things are maintained and replaced when appropriate/ needed. Maintenance and repairs are done in a very timely manner. I would give 0 stars if I could Warning don’t live here. I’ve was a resident for 4 almost 5 years and every single year there is a water main break or two. Also, my basement has been getting floods at least 2-4 times a year. On top of that they do not salt the side walks and such early enough I have fallen multiple times because most people that work and have school get up earlier that whoever salts these side walks. Proud Resident This was a great experience for me as they helped assisted me with getting all the things I needed to get situated in my first apartment. I recommend them to anyone who needs assist with finding apartments as they are very comforting and helpful and making sure everything is great for you. Great job by the ridgedale staff. Great place to call Home Ridgedale Manor is a great place to live. The location is great, everything you need is close by. Plus you can’t beat the price, they include water, heat, cable and internet, and waste management. It’s a very quiet community with amenities like a fitness center, playground, and a pool. Love Ridgedale Manor I'm a single father raising two sons I move from a two bedroom apartment 3 years ago into Ridgedale Manor. I was searching for place that was more spacious for me and my two sons I located Ridgedale Manor and found for $100 more I can get a spacious three-bedroom townhouse access to a swimming pool ,a 24-hour exercise room ,playground and a community center. A peaceful refuge My 4th year here. Quiet, well-maintained property. Prompt, attentive staff. Conveniently located near shopping/grocery/pharmacy/etc. Laundry on-site a plus, as are the freebies included in rent (cable, WiFi, pool, exercise facilities).
Worst experience of my life Worst apartment that I have ever lived in. I have a service animal that they said would be free of charge since I have PTSD and at the end of the year, they pretended they never said I didn’t have to pay for a service animal (even though it is in the contract) and charged me thousands of dollars to “fix the apartment” even when there was nothing wrong with the apartment. Worst staff in the world. I don’t know how they still have jobs and this place hasn’t been sued.
