2bd w a den townhome My family and I moved in about a month ago, and it has been great! The move in process was easy, literally took 3 days to get approved. The ladies in the rental office are very courteous and kind. The grounds are kept very clean. It’s pretty quiet. There’s a 24/7 gym; which is awesome. The hot water is really HOT lol. Cable and internet included. There’s also a pool and playground. The complex is literally near everything. Absolutely love this place so far.

Movin' on up! This was originally much longer, but my laptop died and I lost it all... but here goes everything you need to know. We had a 1BR, wanted a gaming room so we moved into a 2BR both within Ridgedale Manor. The office staff is wonderful, Maintenance is great! ANY issue, and it takes ONE CALL!!! Couldn't stay away I lived in a townhouse for 4 years and thought about moving out of state. Decided not to renew my lease after 4 years. However, I then decided to not move out of state. I immediately contacted the office staff at Ridgedale Manor to see if I could stay at my current townhome. It had already been rented out to a new tenant when I move out. Best apartment I’ve ever had! My name is Sarah and this is my second year in a 1 bedroom apartment with Ridgedale Manor! When choosing this complex as our new home, my boyfriend and I were immediately drawn in by not only the beautiful grounds and trees, but the amazing staff. My. New Townhome My name is Doretha Reaves and I moved into the Ridgedale Townhome Community in 2008 and lived there until 2018 and loved the Community. Ridgedale Manor Community is a neighborhood because you get to know your neighbors and the kids. Kristian, Karen and The Staff makes sure things are taken care of in a timely manner. Fantastic all around! I recently moved into Ridgedale Manor, and have been blown away with their excellent service and professionalism. The staff follow up on all inquiries/ questions and are very accommodating. The grounds are well-maintained, everything is clean, and feels very safe. Inside, the apartment has plenty of light and space. It is clear that things are maintained and replaced when appropriate/ needed. Maintenance and repairs are done in a very timely manner. I would give 0 stars if I could Warning don’t live here. I’ve was a resident for 4 almost 5 years and every single year there is a water main break or two. Also, my basement has been getting floods at least 2-4 times a year. On top of that they do not salt the side walks and such early enough I have fallen multiple times because most people that work and have school get up earlier that whoever salts these side walks. I recommend them to anyone who needs assist with finding apartments as they are very comforting and helpful and making sure everything is great for you. Great job by the ridgedale staff. Great place to call Home Ridgedale Manor is a great place to live. The location is great, everything you need is close by. Plus you can’t beat the price, they include water, heat, cable and internet, and waste management. It’s a very quiet community with amenities like a fitness center, playground, and a pool.
