Just moved in I lived in a house for over 30 years and just relocated to Ridgedale Manor I love it here the office staff is wonderful and very friendly and the maintenance crew are all very professional and great at their job. It's a great sense of relief to move after so long to a place where it felt like home from day 1!!!!!!!
Clean & spacious Plenty of square footage, safe area, excellent place for the price. Karen at the leasing office is a gem!

Great First Apartment! Ridgedale Manor is my first apartment and I was a little nervous. However, the whole leasing experience was actually pretty painless, thanks to Karen! She alleviated all of my concerns and answered all my questions. I was disappointed that I couldn't tour the apartment before committing to the lease but now that it's been a couple of weeks and I'm settled in, I couldn't be happier! Feels Like Home I would definitely recommend Ridgedale Manor to anyone looking for a new place to call home. My experience has been amazing! The staff in the office truly care and it shows, they made the application and move in process so easy! I absolutely love my one bedroom townhouse, having my own private entrance and an upstairs has made all the difference for me! It is clean, the grounds are well maintained, and it’s so quiet and peaceful! I couldn’t be happier that this is where I ended up.
Best move I ever made The apartment is fantastic, large size with closets for days. I even have a walk-in pantry! The management is super friendly and answered all my questions. After selling my house of 34 years, I found not just an apartment but a home! So glad I came here. My only regret is not selling my home sooner! Thank you Ridgedale Manor!!!

Our new home My wide and I are moving here in August and the experience has been nothing but positive. High quality service through and through. Well kept grounds, nice apartment layouts. Would recommend to a friend for sure.

Great place to live best customer service I want to thank the office staff and the manager Kristin for always taking the time to care about the residents that live at Ridgedale. I have lived here for 10 years and I have always been treated so nice from the staff. I see some people have posted bad reviews but I assure you they are not all true.
