Don't move in. The up keep up the property is horrible. Just walk around the complex and you can see it is falling apart. The water shuts off 3 to 4 times a year. Old appliances that they will not update. Pot holes that can sink a ship. Speed bumps that destroy your cars shocks and alinement . High rent prices for current tenants while new people get a $2400 discount and a corporate management team that does not listen to or care about the property or tenants.
