While on vacation in Charleston I had the check engine light come on in my truck due to a failed regen of the diesel particulate filter. I was concerned since I’m 430 miles from my tools and my friends at my local dealer. I took the truck to Rick Hendrick Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Charleston and they jumped right on fixing my truck, in at 7:30am, out 2 hrs later good as new. A huge THANKS! I have tried 3 times to buy a car from Hendrick and I can't even get a call back. I had to go to crews chevy to buy a Silverado and another place on rivers to buy a caravan. This time I have $4500 down and my own financing and they still can't call me back. How do these people sell any cars? Then when I call to speak with a manager he makes excuses for the guy who didn't call me back, then tells me they don't negotiate on price (like carmax, not kidding, his words) and makes no attempt to offer me a different vehicle or put ... read more
What a great experience! I couldn't ask for a better and smoother transaction. There guidance and service was spectacular, I didn't think I would be able to afford getting into a new car again but I was happily mistaken. Bob Wallace and his whole time are a step above the rest!!! He not only earned my business but my daughter bought her very first car there too, another seamless and stress free transaction.
