So they don’t rotate your tires and use your tire rotations. General manager finally made it right after numerous phone calls messages and stopping in. Go get the new tires on and an oil change, simple things like the fill fluids checked off on the sheet saying they did and it wasn’t done. Recently had my oil changed and Larry the rep who helped me was outstanding! I was in and out before i knew it.
Do Not inquire online about a vehicle unless you want 100s of phonecalls from a local bought number and they will not remove your number from their system! I received 7 calls on Memorial Day, it's only 12 and already received 3 more calls this morning! Since my inquiry the first of April they have called daily! It's extremely frustrating!
Purchased 2018 Ram 2500 from them. I want to give a very special thanks to Brandon Wilson, Aaron Ferrell, Serena Gossett, & Bobby Wallace. There were other silent people behind the scenes who put a lot of time and effort into forming the perfect deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They truly did absolutely all they could to make it happen for me. My wife and I will certainly be returning for her vehicle and any time we trade in or up for the next one. A+++
