My car needed some major work done, but I have a Hendrick Autoguard service contract and they approved my repair quickly and without hassle. Erik kept me updated throughout the entire repair, and overall I thought the service was excellent!
I love my car dealership. I take car in and tell them what is wrong and when I pick it up it is like new again. Matt in service took care of me this time and he was great. I have bought 5 cars from them and will buy another one.
James listened to my concerns about my car and had it taken care of. I will see how next Thursday goes and if the problem with the check engine light can also be taken care of.

Jack & Jamison, were great!! I spoke with Jamison Friday mid morning about a car .. He had Jack send pictures of the car I was speaking of and Dealing with Jack via text we closed the deal .. Saturday I met with Gary In finance and By 3:30 I was driver ... Quick friendly sales staff !! this is my 4th purchase from them ... would not go anywhere else
