I recently bought a vehicle from your West Ashley location and have had to schedule 2 service appointments within the last month. I scheduled an appointment at 8:30 for issues with my brakes only to have no status update by nearly 2 o'clock. In the event my car needed repairs, the vehicle would have had to remain there. Regardless, of whether or not a vehicle would have been provided, scheduling an appointment first thing in the morning would make your vehicle a priority.
