They did not fix the problem I was having,, they only found something completely irrelevant and charged way more than I had expected. Ended up having to take it to Firestone to get my problem fixed after paying over $640.

I recently had my 2017 Promaster in because the heat wouldn't work. vehicle was out of warranty by 600 miles and I was expecting to have to pay for the repairs.
