Ordered four new tires for my Ram 1500–Great price,complete in a timely fashion and Gabe in the service department is a pleasure to work with. Two visits to this dealership,both were positive experiences.

0 stars service miss diagnosed 4 times truck not fixed yet. Then they make a appointment with me on Saturday I go there and it is closed for cleaning. What warranty, I will Post everyday
Great Staff, and they work hard to make sure every customer is well taken care of.
My recent oil change was handled quickly. Gabe was my service representative and he had me in and out in less then 30 minutes. My car sanitized prior to the service being preformed and after it was completed. Very happy with the Hendrick service team.
These people don’t know their head from their a$$. Every time you talk to them it’s a different number or a different story. Very incompetent! Look elsewhere!! I had settled on an OTD number with a manager and got personal financing and went up there.... all of a sudden they can’t do that number anymore. WHAT A JOKE! (PS I’m sure they’ll come back with some sob story excuse).
We purchased a new Jeep last week with the help of Dave Hunter. He was great to work with - patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Great experience all around.
If you need service see Logan she knows when I come in during the week I am sacrificing my lunch break and that I have to be back on the road soon. She always gets me in and out so I can get my medical courier stuff done. Get the oil and tire package it is worth it. I had a blown tire, thank you goose creek please clean your streets, and they found metal in another tire as well. 1 patch 1 replace no cost. Made my week!
