I own a 14 JKU. I was having an issue that I explained in detail and had video of to help with diagnostics. The service tech wanted to keep my Jeep for a month with no way for me to get home, to work or take my children to where they need to be. I told him that was the most unrealistic suggestion ever and left. I called Gerald’s and explained the issue over the phone.
