We had an ABS Systems light and message appear. Since the problem is rare for our vehicle we made an appointment for this past Monday. We were assigned Lois S. as our advisor. We could not have asked for better. Lois is the epitome of exceptional customer service. She answered all questions truthfully and with candor. First, they sign me up to the savanna store which is 37 minutes away from where I am ... They told me (over the phone) it will take just like 1 hour to the service, when I get there, Matt, the guy who helped me or assisted me, said that it will take more that that but they can take me home but they will not pick me up because it was too far away ... I was on a trip to Charleston to see my son when I stopped to fill the tank I also started to check the oil when the dipstick handle broke. When I got to Charleston I called Hendricks Chrysler they told me to come right over they had the old dipstick out and a new one put in it all took about 30 minutes very happy everyone very friendly and helpful
