Was told we would hear why our cylinder #2 was misfiring by lunch time today. Our car had a 130 appt and the rep said they would do their best to have it checked same day on 10/3. I understand that late appts to run over the next day but with it being our primary vehicle and no other transportation is not okay. I should have taken my van somewhere else. All this place wants is to make a sale. The hyper masculinity is what runs this business. Hoping eventually they learn from current events to create a better customer service that cares about the people searching for safe, affordable and reliable vehicles.
Express lane for oil changes and minor work goes quickly. Staff are polite, and very helpful. Service area is both clean and efficient. Stopping here is a pleasant experience.

the price was what I was told, and on time.
I bought a van from them online. The van was delivered. It did not have the fix a flat that was supposed to be in van. Also i had questions about if i can have a spare tire underneath the van, which is shown in the owners manual. Nobody has bothered to answer my questions. I was told they would mail me the fix a flat that was missing. Never got that. They emailed me the sales documents for the van and i could not open the attachment in email. The team who worked with us buying my daughters first vehicle. Well her first vehicle purchase. The salesman Patrick Dodd, sales manager Charlie and the finance person Christian were awesome. They really worked with us on price and went above and beyond to make it happen. Other dealerships need to be trained by these excellent people. They listened to us and didn’t play any games as other dealerships did.
