appt. at 11 a.m. for airbag change out, that was postponed during our vacation. car brought in by 11:a.m. and they told hubby - it was a drop-off and pick-up up by 5p.m. NO it was scheduled to get done at 11:00 a.m.! service needs to get their story straight! so we continue to drive unsafe. Thanks!
