If I could have giving y'all no star I would have!! Our 2015 dodge ram 3500 sat at this dealership for 57 days when we picked it up its full of mold!! When we asked to speak to the service dept manager he wouldn't come out and speak to us!! We were forced to leave with our new born baby and drive away with him in this heavily molded truck!!! The representative, Kim, in the Jeep auto shop is incredibly rude, offensive , and lacks simple customer service ethics. She avoided taking in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee which is UNDER A RECALL but instead blamed my oil change, which is at 38%, stating it was too low and that that is the issue. She then told me I was an irresponsible owner and that my recall has nothing to do with my car issues. She avoided taking ownership of a recall from the company which she was hired by. Worked with Bo-Brandon and Angela, they helped us look at some different cars. We ended up with a 2016 Honda that she loves and was the car she really wanted. It did take a while to go through the process but we were happy. I do hope that we don’t experience the problems that some other reviewers have mentioned below but so far I have nothing but praise from our experience.
