I have bought 3 brand new cars for this location with the same sales person 2012 charger rr ,2013 charger 2015 challenger and ask to drive a hellcat and was turned down . Went to hover dodge monks corner and was able to drive every on they had and bought a brand new charger hellcat . I have never been so embarrassed being treated like this after years of repeat business. I even called 5 hours ahead to there internet manager he said it was set up .i was told we could work numbers with no test drive .you lost a $75,000 sell ..... read more
Best service ever!!! I have had bad experiences in the past especially when my husband deploys and I am here to take care of all the maintenance but this service center made it so much easier! It was pleasant from start to finish!! Renee answer all our needs and met any concerns! I recommend them to anyone!! Great service I will return
Worst customer service I ever received on Savannah highway. In the middle of our discussion, our salesman was pulled away to clean a floor. Are you kidding me?!? So unprofessional. I was ready to lease a car from them today, but chose to walk away. I would never recommend these clowns to anyone!
I really enjoyed my experience other than being there 4 hours and starving.They said they could beat my current financing so I waited. They did, but it tooj too long. The entire staff was friendly. They inspected the car I wanted since it came from another dealership. Good thing since there were safety repairs needed. They gave me a loaner car to drive back to Savannah and will deliver my car tomorrow. At least that's the plan.
Great visit! Dropped my car off and Bob Grooms took me to work and a couple hours later Al Fanning came to get me and took me back to get my car. They even washed my car. Great people/great service!!
Went for an oil change. There was a long wait, about 2 hrs. But the place was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. I'll go back.
Worst car buying experience at this dealership. Made an appointment with a salesman and got to the dealership only to find out this sales person "couldn't be found". Got another salesman to help me who didn't know much about anything. Still ended up buying a Jeep that the guy couldn't tell me anything about, had to do research on my own, and now having issues with it.
