Worst customer service in the service department of any car dealership I have ever dealt with! In the middle of telling The first service rep what I needed, he answered his cell phone and then passed me off to another girl who proceeded to tell me that she couldn't help me and I had to wait for the first guy to come back. I have never been treated WORSE at any car dealership. Had a deal pending on a car, no return phone calls, they kept telling me a manager was going to call me, then I find out they sold the car out from under me!! Most disrespectful awful treatment ever. When I went in to confront them the sales manager would not come out to speak to me. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
Isaiah White was the best everyone was friendly no problems
The sales staff at Rick Hendrick Jeep on Savannah highway will not allow words like "customer service" stand in their way as they strive for new levels of ineptitude. The salesman ( I use that term loosely) left us standing next to a locked vehicle (that he had brought out for us)that we were attempting to test drive for 30 minutes. I found him at a desk typing. Never again.
