The service dept is a joke, had to make appt. with hendrick in N.C. home office because they wouldn't answer the phone, got there on time 4 hrs. later not touched, and not the first bad experience either. buyer be ware in charleston S.C.

Had a appointment 9:00 to have a check engine light looked at, and to have a window vent switch recall completed on a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Was told it wouldn't take long. Asked for an update around 10:15 and was told that it hasn't even been looked at. It's now 12:45 and it's still not done. No updates besides its on the lift. Are you kidding me 4 hours.... I would understand if I was a walk in, but I had an appointment for the check engine light.

I will never buy another car from this dealership. I've had several issues in the last 2 years including a recall. The service department speaks to their customers with zero respect or empathy. Management seriously needs to look at what kind of people you are hirijg to be with your customer when there is an issue. I will be calling customer service after today's appointment to let them know how I was spoken to. Very rude.

Dropped my car off yesterday to change a couple tires and full fill a recall. They lost my car keys. Unfortunately along with the car keys attached were my office keys, house keys, and key chain of a friend who passed away. Mistakes happen but the level of communication has been terrible. This has ruined my day and weekend enough to post a bad review. My first ever.

I bought a truck back in August, and had a myriad of communications problems after I bought the truck (of course). I was promised that I would receive the spare key, which I never did. I tried every avenue of communications - I left voicemails, sent emails to the sales staff and finance, online chat - you name it.
