Quick repair with a quality loaner.. they even took car of the tow.. Christy black was exceptional with her quick and friendly response.
Best car buying experience ever we were treated respectfully. The entire staff was helpful and patient. Big props to the GM he made the experience complete.
Did not have a good experience today. They definitely took too long for an oil change. They never came back to check on me or say it’s taking longer than normal. I had to asked them twice how much longer. I spoke to the Service Manager about this incident and he did apologize but I won’t be returning. As a customer, I did not feel appreciated. Also, I was not given a checklist for what was performed today. I called them back so they can email it to me. I just want professional services when I’m spending my money. 😱
My service advisor, Barry, was extremely professional and very accommodating. He was able to get my car in and out rather quickly. He was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Barry to anyone.

Saw a post where you guys ziptied a fog light bracket, that’s pretty nice, saving the customer a few bucks on not having to replace the part. Shame he’s ungrateful
